Nsfas Delays

I have sent my application in November and they sending it back and forth, weeks back I completed Declaration form in full now they saying my Initials and surname are missing, when I viewed the form is fully completed.. These guys are playing and unprofessional, like they hiring Grade 7's to vet our applications
