NSFAS COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE

Can't get hold of NSFAS telephonically to assist with below query.

I app**** in June 2020 for SASSA R350 relief grant but they just keep declining and stating that I am NSFAS registered. I am not NSFAS registered. I did apply with NSFAS for 2020 but did not find space at any University and therefore never ever received an NSFAS allowance.

I require a letter from NSFAS stating that I have never received NSFAS funding. PLEASE ASSIST.
