Nsfas claim after 15 years

Hello , my name is Ndangano Mashashane (nee Makongoza). I went to univerity and I used the Nsfas and when i completed school I asked for the money I was suppose to pay back and I was told from their office that I do not owe anything. 15 years now I receive an email that I am owing. When I ask that: 1. I have been asking for my contract and how this amount was accumulated. 2. And again, why did it take Nsfas this long to claim their money while I left school a long time ago.

They do not answer anything.

I have not had any communication from then until last year were they told me that the account has been handed over with out prio communications with me. I am so dissapointed of how they are operating.
