NSFAS cacelled bursary 8 weeks after receiving sms of approval

I app**** for nsfas for first year studies and I thought it was approved (receiced an sms stating I was approved in Jan 2020)and they paid my book fees in full and I was receiving allowances for march and april. Few weeks back I checked my online status and it was unsuccessful however I still received my allowance so I thought nothing of it. On stuent portal, I saw my nsfas was cancelled. On nsfas my appeal is still in proses, no communication, I send nsfas an email, and opened a case. Im worried and in dept because of this now.

I would like to enquire what changed? Nsfas landline refer me to email, this looks suspicious and I wonder is this even real. How can I be approved and then with no notice loose my bursery?
