NSFAS, big bunch of useless ******

I settled my account with NSFAS in February 2019. When I request a settlement letter I am told that I still owe them a couple of rands and their statement reflects less amount than I paid. I sent a proof of payment with the correct amount but I still am not getting any joy. Their service is really disappointing as they are reaping us off.
