NSFAS Beneficiary

So I have been studying with UNISA and last year NSFAS paid my fees. Only to find out some funds were reversed. No explanation, no nothing. Next thing I know I owe an X amount of money. I tried calling NSFAS, and all the time I make a call, the auto machine tells me I'm the 86th person on hold, and an estimated time to wait is 40 minutes. Good Lord. Now I cant view my results, I don't know if I have passed my first semester or not, mind you that was my final semester. now I'm under pressure to pay that amount. such a BAD SERVIRCE. Thank you NSFAS though for funding. But this one...wow.
