Nsfas allowance at SWGC

I'm a first year student at SWGC Roodepoort Horizon Campus and I'm funded by nsfas, but till today i haven't received my transport and personal care allowance. They keep giving us the run around and postponing dates. I've signed the claim form 3 times already. Can Nsfas deposit the money into our personal accounts because SWGC is not giving is the money. We've to submit assignments and attend classes but we're broke. Please look into it.
