Nsfas account

Can please someone assist me regarding my nsfas account. It is really sad because their phones and not working even their email addresses. I have sent my enquiry 8 times and no one even bothers to reply and assist. I think someone is using my account because it says my account is already active but I can't log in someone changed my details.

Their urgent response will be highly appreciated.
