Nsfas a ****

After I've been harassed by Nsfas and also through their debt collectors, I finally settled my loan account of R15 942, 85 on May 30, 2018. I called their call centre for confirmation afterwards.

To my surprise, I'm still receiving correspondence from them in the form of emails demanding that I should pay. What kind of incompetence is being demonstrated by this organisation? Or is this being done so as to **** those who've shown willingness to pay back?

I still have my proof of payment by the way
