NSFAS

Submitted an application on 3/09/2018. Received a sms that application has been successfully submitted on 5/09/2018 with reference number OA ********** ********** 3. On 2/10/2018 received a sms to submit Consent form. Contacted NSFAS on 3/10/2018 to enquire and was told that due a system error I have to withdraw and resubmit. Received a sms again that the application was submitted successfully with reference number OA ********** ********** . Online status shows that application was rejected as our income is above R 350k, but still received a sms on 25/01/2019 to submit outstanding documents. Sent three emails explaining that I am on contract which expires 31/03/2019 and am still waiting for feedback.
