NOT RECEIVED INFO IVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR 3 MONTHS

I called NSFAS in April requesting my outstanding balance and a statement as I don't know how much I owe them or if they have been receiving my monthly payments. I received the outstanding balance.After querying the balance and why it has not changed but I have been paying back monthly,they told me the system that generates statements doesn't work.I asked how do they know they are getting my monthly payments because I am concerned my balance is not changing.They told me they would invistigate and get back to me.They never did.I called them in May and requested the outstanding amount,they gave me the same figure as March, which doesnt make sense because I pay monthly an amount above the interest required which means the principal should at lease be reducing.I asked to speak to the Manager Christopher Nofi,he promised he would investigate and get back to me within 48 hours,which he never did. I then called a few days later to ask what happened,he said the person who was supposed to do the investigation has not done it yet and he will get back to me in 10min after he speaks to that person to give me a date when he can provide feedback. It has been a week &half and still nothing
