Not impressed at all! Are you helping or indebting us forever?

In 2017, they sent a statement with a balance of about R950 and I paid R 1000. The paid amount was over and above the R 200 monthly deduction from my banking account. Thereafter I recieved sparodic statements that did not show any amount owed and I sent messages narrating what has happened , without any responses recieved.. The latest development is the arrival of a statement with an amount owed, which i do not owe. Please sort out your house, the economy is already what it is and there is no money to pay endlessly!
