Not happy with NSFAS and Panyaza

I have been unable to upload my documents on their portal and because of this i was rejected. I tried appealing however their website seems to not be working and now i no longer have the option to apeal, i have sent emails and even tried calling but they do not pick up. This is really a struggle as my parents are unable to pay for my tuition fees and i have to travel long distance to get to school. All my efforts could be for nothing if i do not get nsfas i will get financially excluded and I'll not only be unable to study at current institution but others as welll. My mom is a single parent and had to do people's washing to pay for my registration and i travel very far with money that we don't have. Can someone please help with submitting my mom's consent forms because this is the main reason why my application was rejected.
