No solution from NSFAS

The website has no solution for when I cannot retrieve my account if I don't have excess to my email account and phone number. They direct you to security questions and if you don't remember 1 out of 3 they won't tell you which one is wrong. When I tried calling their number they said they're currently busy. When I email them they do not send a response.
