NO Response on Mail and Phone numbers not working, No Response on FB either.

I have been trying to phone their number since Friday and it just does not connect, or it rings once and disconnects immediately. I have tried the new number on their website 08 ********** 7 and also the old number 08 ********** 7 which states the number has changed and the new number is not available. I have sent an email on Friday 5 April to their collections email address. On Monday 8 April I sent a follow up email to the Collections, Accounts and Info email addresses. On Tuesday 9 April I sent a follow up to the same addresses Collection, Accounts and Info. I still have not received any reference number or reply from the team at NSFAS. I have even tried to send a message via FB messenger and also no one responded. I tried posting to their FB page hoping to get someone's response to discuss my student loan but still ZERO response. How am I suppose to get hold of this institution? Should I stop paying and then you will respond? Maybe not even... perhaps in a couple of years.
