no payments

I am a returning N5 student that is having troubles with getting their NSFAS allowance. Last year in N4 i had no problems with the allowance. Returning students already received their allowance from the college but not me. With no valid reason. College is saying that my app is under investigation cause i changed from travel to private accomodation yet last year i was advised that i can not apply for accomodation in N4 only N5. Now when i do its investigated. I queried this with NSFAS and was advised that i am eligable but they await registration from the institution. I am struggling to pay rent and commute to campus because of this and i came to Paarl to better my future and study. Yet BOLAND COLLEGE AND NSFAS IS MAKING IT A NIGHTMARE FOR ME TO STUDY
