NO NSFAS FOR SECOND SEMESTER YET AND ITS DECEMBER ALREADY

What is going on with this nsfas place, my last payment was first semester of 2023 and second semester I to date still received NOTHING yet I passed all my subjects, and I'm being told different stories by the staff working in the exact same building HOW! ONE TELLING ME THEY WAITING ON MY RESULTS FROM THE INSTITUTION but the institution sent my things and I have confirmation from them saying they did it a few times already..then nsfas tell me again it's the system error, then again I am outstanding a document, then I give the document then I'm told to wait ..then it's my results are not loaded yet and so it goes on for 6months now already always something going on and my query lies with them since July no change and still saying awaiting academic results..HOW....ITS DECEMBER ALREADY I had to hustle to get to clases all term, had to borrow by people and now I need to pay them all back , my transportation fees are R90 a day and these people are all waiting for their money back...when do I get nsfas so that I can pay my debt??? Nsfas is suppose to assist students to get to clases and college fee's..but HOW ARE USE DOING THIS IF YOU DO NOT PAY ? Use just stress a person out man!! And use dnt seem to care or help me with this problem for 6months and no change...
