NFSAS incorrect Billing! After Account has been settled for years

<p>Today dated Thursday 26 Jan 2017 i received a loan statement from a recoveries account for NSFAS, to my shock i have settled this account years back and made a settlement amount for myself and my twin brother. We studied in the year 2003 - 2005 and paid these guys in full and after YEARS i receive an account stating i owe them after we received the proof YEARS back that the account was settled in FULL (and the slips do not exist anymore unless i kept them in a vault somewhere to not age or depreciate). I please urge and advise you to take this further and make this public as i will not fall apart of this **** nor pay them a cent as they should have this on their records and they WILL not cause me any pain and suffering for their negligience and should check their records or archives. There has been numerous complaints about them doing this to vast amont of people and i urge that this matter be dealt with as quick as possible, i have laid a complaint with the ombudsman to look into this matter as they causing grief, and please i advise them to send me my paid up letter when they find this!</p> <p> </p> <p>Another review for them with the same problem https://hellopeter.com/nsfas/reviews/incorrectly-billing-system- ********** </p>
