NFSAS Day light *******

In 2007 I was funded.by NFSAS, started repaying the money in 2016. I was fortunate to have some cash In 2018 so I requested a settlement amount. I made a payment on the 27th of August. I then contacted the department and also sent a proof of payment. They deducted in September and October, I made them aware of this and I was then sent a refund form by one of the agents. I completed it and returned it.

To my surprise NFSAS is still deducting, after 5months of settling my debt.

I have allow the documents which prove I paid and the email interact.
