NFSAS COVID EXCUSE.

COVID can not be an excuse anymore really, I mean if I am paying the account, not getting statements and call centre is closed. People who are supposedly working remotely can answer the phones or mails, how hard can that be. I'm simple gonna cancel my debit order till you open your call centre or reply to emails.
