My brother has been studying at Tnc for 1 year now not having allowance but the school is getting paid how is it even possible for a school to be paid but the needs of the student to have allowance to come to school it's not met,this is painful and a disgrace because he is struggling financially to travel but he app**** for allowance it's been a year,And I have been trying to contact you,you are unreachable Nfsas has failed us.
