Need assistance

I app**** 2023 for my first year in 2024. I got funded until July 2024. When I went to the financial office they told me they don't know the reason behind me being defunded at that time. I called the NSFAS offices and asked what was the reason behind it, they said the threshold income is high. But before that, when I called the NSFAS offices and told them what was happening, they told me they work alongside TVET colleges and that problem has to do with the school and not them. I sent the affidavit stating that my dad isnt working when I first app**** which was required while I was applying. July I didn't receive any allowance, I didn't receive an email or SMS stating I was defunded. Instead, I had to go enquire about the matter at the financial office that I didn't receive my allowance. The matter was not resolved at all. By August I tried getting an update from the school unfortunately, I couldn't get any assistance as the reply was still the same. By September which was my fourth time I tried getting more information but the reply didn't change. By October, my dad tried again but was referred to the financial office at the university I go to. This resulted in me thinking I wasn't going to write my exams during second semester, I couldn't even focus properly at school but knowing the financial background at home I had to push myself. December came and I waited for my results till today January I haven't gotten my results. I couldn't even apply for bursaries that opened December because I don't have my results. On that month we called once more and we were told by the NFSAS consultant that we should wait until the following week, because apparently they were fixing issues regarding defunds of people. The following week I called and there was no response the call rang for 2 hours and was cut later. I have no way forward now as I don't know what I should do, having to think about not going to school is a big no from me.
