Nasfas account

Good day I have problem with nasfas. I can't even get hold of them.

2013 i was approved for fundza lushaka bursary for 2014 admission at UJ and according to my knowledge that is what i was using for finance up until 2017 my last year.

But i was surprised to get a phone call from Nasfas office last year 2022 saying that i owe them and i explained that I've been using Funza lushaka bursary. This year again I'm receiving a call from the Debt collectors now, that my Nasfas account has been handed over... Can someone please help me 🙏 i have never app**** for Nsfas nor approved by nasfas let alone signed a contract from Nasfas
