my money must be paying for someone else...

I have been paying a R30 000 debt to nsfas since 2009 every month. I haven't missed a single payment but I still owe R10 500. when I ask for stamen, I only get it for 6 months... You are put on hold for more than 30 minutes with no reply! what does one need to do to get some assistance from nfsas???
