Missing repayment

We appreciate funding us. We really appreciate it but now we having problems with the repayments we are trying our best to repay but now its like you are reaping off those that are paying. I have paid R10 000 in june 2019 but only R8000 is appearing from my nsfas account i tried to query it july 2019 when i got my statement but i only got reply September 2019 that is two months later , that i need to send them proof of payment. I sent it but now still no reply from them. I want to settle my account please and R2000 is a lot of money
