LOAN

<p>I Studied at university of limpopo from 2007 to 2010 using NSFAS loan and after my completion in 2012 i made contact with NSFAS to send me a statement so that i can start making arrangements on how to pay. nothing was sent to me until 22 october 2016 when they decided to send me the statement. to my suprise the loan has accumulated interests from 2013 till to date. My corncern now is why did nt they send me statement in 2012 and decide to send me now. i called their call centre but they still cannot say why didnt they may contact as i requested. they also acknowledged that they have received communication in 2012 but fail to say why they did not communicate,rather they tell me to settle the amount. please help on this matter. my id no is ********** 162085</p>
