incorrectly billing system.

I have been a beneficial for study loan from NSFAS during period 1994 to 1997. in 1998 I started employment thereafter NSFAS garnished my Salary through my employer until the Loan was paid in full but now recent years I have receiving a call from a collector about my outstanding NSFAS loan and I explained myself the loan was paid in full through a garnish order and the evidence was provided to the collector and the case was closed but now for the past 2 to 3 years I am receiving statements from NSFAS showing owing balance of R1200 and emails were send to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] last mail was send on the 12 Jan 2016 with no respond from [Email Removed]<br> <br> Can you please assist as this been going on for some long time without any help from NSFAS.
