INCORRECT BILLING

I have been receiving emails from NSFAS, regarding outstanding balance from this year July. i contact their office and I was told that its their error on their side. I was garnished and i made sure that I pay all the outstanding amount..<br> <br> to my surprise I get the statement that i'm owing . Can this be sorted as i know i'm not owing them anything.
