incorrect amount owing

i app**** for funding with nsfas they did not pay for my registration i had to pay the registration, when i phoned them to check the amount that i am owing it is double the amount that they have paid i am also owing the registration amount that i have paid, same thing happend again january i paid the registration my self,the amount that i have paid for registration was reversed to nsfas i have send then statements from unisa so that they can correct their records, i have been dealing with christopher form the call centre since may but nothing has been done, i have also requested funding to be canceled but it is not canceled
