I need my refund please. Its been 3 months and you still deducting.

I have settled my account with nsfas December 2019 and the account is over paid. I received refund form stating that i should fill it in and sent it back to them my refund will get it after 14 days. Still to-date nothing. M busy emailing and contacting them but still nothing since January nsfas is busy deducting from my account where as am done paying them. Kanti what must i do. I paid you isnt that enough. Now all i need is my refund i need that money seriously need it but still nothing from nsfas.

What do i do. I have a small baby for Gods sake i need my money. I have done my part of paying them but now dont know why i am suffering
