I need help.

Good day I app**** for nsfas last year in hopes of getting financial aid. I submitted my application showing how much my mom earns and that she's a single parent because my father passed away in 2008. I got a reply from them 2 days after getting my matric results stating that they rejected me but the reason was false because it clearly states that my mom DOES NOT EARN ENOUGH MONEY to pay fees that cost 70 thousand. I app**** and I still don't have a response from them when I call them they tell me they can't state when I'm going to get a response. I emailed them I messaged them still no response. It is stressful because people know where they stand but I generally know nothing. I am concerned with the fact that I don't know how we are going to pay these fees.I don't even have a laptop to login into my online classes I work using my phone and it's difficult . I really need help because I can't even log into my student portal, everything is just a mess.
