i need a person who will just link the incorrect id number with the corrected id number and its already funded

I am a 1st year student, I put a wrong digit of m y id number by mistake, now i have been calling every day to ********** 327 no joy since last year sending mails to ask them to corrected it ....please can you try to assist me , you are last resort now , i have been sent to pillar to post about it , escalation , escalation , i dont have funding at the moment and cleacces are already started , am i being punished for just a 1 digit that is in correction .
