I have been sending emails to collections@nsfas

I have been sending emails to *** and calling the call centre number ***since the 23rd June 2025 with no satisfaction. I only need to know how much my outstanding debt is and what the settlement amount is. To date I have not had a response, this is extremely frustrating.
