I have a problem I was hospitalized that and didn't get the money since then when I appeal it needs a letter from the institution and as for the letter for medical report was submitted and received by one of the lecture which she misplaced it

I have a problem I was hospitalized that and didn't get the money since then when I appeal it needs a letter from the institution and as for the letter for medical report was submitted and received by one of the lecture which she misplaced it. And now I can't attendy class as usual because of the lack of finance no money for travelling don't know what to do and I'm also not motivated due to this problem and also want pursue my studies but how so no money for taxi hungry at school
