I appealed to Nsfas due to an N+ rule being exceeded. I have not gotten a feedback since then, I have called multiple times, sent countless emails, sent a DM on Twitter and Instagram. I have been on hold for more than an 1hr30 minutes on their toll free number. one day I got through and spoke to an agent named Wonder/Wanda and as I was calling out my Details she dropped the call. A similar thing happened again when I was number 1 in line the call was answered but the Agent just kept quiet. I am in distress, academics have started, I cant even afford an onion. My status has been on Appeal submitted for while now. Their other contact number does not work. I am 2 modules away to completing my qualification both for 1st semester. Other students have already received their allowance
