I am disgusted
My enquiry dates back to my original Nsfas application which got rejected but had no reason as to why. I was then prompted to reapply for the 2020 academic year and I had done so, my application was stuck and after having months of conversations with the Nsfas staff as well as the Nsfas team, I got reassured that I don't need to stress and that everything will work out smoothly. My application got rejected and I was told that my household financial income threshold exceeds the limit, I was then told to submit proof otherwise to Incomereview@nsfas. I submitted my documents and then I waited for months and nothing came about. I had many conversations with Nsfas staff, off campus and on campus however there seems to be no resolution myy Nsfas profiles are completely blank, which has me highly alarmed as I need to recieve my Nsfas funds for registration.
I have had this matter since 2019 and it still persists, I am requesting to speak to a Manager or someone that is in a senior role, I would honestly just want it resolved so that my only stress is my academics, I feel helpless and am just appealing for help! serious help at Nsfas, Ideally before the 5 March 2020 because that is when my registration date cuts off.
