HEARING IMPAIRED STUDENT STRUGGLING TO GET BE HELPED BY NSFAS

My son is Hearing Impaired, he app**** for NSFAS in 2024 his status was on verification for almost the whole year. He tried to phone NSFAS they kept on saying he must submit the documents which he did, NSFAS didn't pay now they closed his status in 2025 March. He app**** again in 2025 the status is still on verification, and he uploaded all the documents they needed. NSFAs is failing my son, and he is on chronic. He is now affected thinking that they ignore his application because he has disability. I have to deal with the fact that my son is affected Healthwise because of NSFAS. All his friends were paid in 2024; they are still getting paid for transport again in 2025.
