HARRASMENT BY NSFAS

Harassment by NSFAS On 1st of November 2019 I received a message from NSFAS asking me to pay R4373.89 as settlement for my loan, I did that (I still have proof of payment through my bank), on 12 November 2019 I received another SMS from them saying: "Please contact us urgently regarding your NSFAS loan account. Bal R4683.78 Ref: Your IDNumber Credit Intel". This clearly is harassment and ****************. I wonder if they think I am a cash ***. My ID Number is: ***. Please help!!!!
