HARASSMENT BY NSFAS

Even though I had paid NSFAS the amount they previously SMS to me, I am still being harassed by Debt Collectors. My ID number is: ***. I really do not know what to do now. I have a proof of payment from my bank. When trying to contact them either through phone or email, it is useless. Phone does not work and they don't answer emails.
