Good Experience

I called NSFAS today just to make sure that I am funded and they are just waiting on my registration documents and I spoke to a beautiful voice on the other side that did not get frustrated and was not condescending on the line. Ashley, I do hope this gets to you because you made my day. Keep up that smile that you can hear in your voice.
