Funza Lushaka ******** students

I was an Isasa SAMSTIP intern until I completed my PGCE end of 2017. My studies were funded through Funza Lushaka, and they have given me nothing but grief. I was supposed to get a monthly stipend, and got 7 months' worth of stipend in July, one month's worth in August, and then never got paid again. Currently Funza Lushaka owes me 4 months' worth of stipend, and seeing as I am working at a government school, and actively repaying my loan, I should receive that money that they have not paid me.
