********** NSFAS activities

I have been receiving messages from NSFAS for an outstanding balance recently. These messages were followed by a call on 22/02/18, for an outstanding balance of R23 000.00 from the lawyers. I told the lady that I was never funded by NSFAS as I had a student loan and I also highlighted that I was sat in varsity in 2005. I asked her why would NSFAS have waited for 13years to collect this money if I did owe them fees. She did not have the answers to my questions. I have been calling NSFAS since last week and there is an automated answering machine that tells people to call later. I need answers as this is affecting my credit scoring and is not authentic.
