***** BY NSFAS

I have a problem with NSFAS, after having my study loan paid up in installments deducted from my employer then(SAAF). They came back to tell me in 2017 after 6 years from 2011 that I owe them still. I wrote them emails requesting meetings and they never responded. Am still waiting for them today. What kind of people am I dealing with here. They are so unproffesional and I do not trust them anymore. The last time I called them was 2017 February and they promissed to come back to me and it is end of 2019. Can I request that the minister of education give me a call/email me *** or delegate someone to assist me in resolving this matter since there is ***** and incompetence in his department.
