Financial Aid Crisis

I am a student at the University of the Western Cape. I am supposed to receive R 95000 for travelling allowance and R 13500 for Pick n Pay vouchers. For travelling allowance I have only received R 5000 and the rest of the amount I have been told I wont get as I am a senior student and only first years receive the full amount. However, when I phoned NSFAS head offices I was told the amount is R 9500 for all students regardless of being a first year or senior student. In terms of my Pick n Pay vouchers I have only received R 7000 and therefore still owed R 65000. The amount left in my student portal is R 11 000 which the accurate amount to cover for the outstanding monies due to me. Please do assist me with this, the financial aid office at UWC is hesitant to give me whats due to me.
