Fed up of service!

HI I have been requesting a statement since 2015. To their knowledge I have completed my tertiary education and could start making payments. I informed them that this was not the case they requested me to send the documentation required to remove any interest and to prove that I was still a student.

I have made numerous calls and sent many emails and I am still waiting for a statement 3 years later!

This is unacceptable.

You guys have handed me over and now I have to start my adulthood with bad credit for your company's incompetence and negligence.

I need answers immediately.
