Falsely accused of not paying my debts

I highly appreciate the financial assistance I received when I was a student but I have been taken to Anthony Richard & Associates for false accusations of not paying my outstanding balance. I have emailed both the law firm and NSFAS of such and have received no response till date. I am highly disappointed at these accusations, especially for someone who has been consistent because I know how it feels like to not have funding for fees and I wouldn’t want to take that opportunity from someone else. I recently received a statement from NSFAS clearly stating that my account has been properly managed till date.
