FALSE information

<p>I app**** fro NSFAS funding for 2017 . Recently I received a nnotification saying u was unsuccessful when I called in to enquire i was on the line for 1 hour 27 minutes . The representative from NSFAS told me that I was successful and thattheyare just waiting for government to make the funds available , I the went on the the site and tracked my application and it showed "waiting on availabity of funds" . I then waited as instructed and last night i received a message that I do not meet the financial requirements and i am unsuccessful , this is impossible reason being i come from a home where money is never available and everyday is a battle . i checked on the website to track my application and it was gone . I have a reference number for my application becausse it was emailed to me but when i called in i waited 2 hours on the line and the lady who answered after th 2 hours had rudely dropped the line before i could even enquire . This is pathetic! Every day at university i see certain students driving the latest cars and have the latest phones yet they receive NSFAS where as us needy students are given the run around and treated like garbage . </p>
