FALSE ADVERTI*****T OF BURSARY AND LCLOSING DATES

I feel very disturbed and angry for this financial institution. It doesnt want to grant me a loan. on their website the have done a false adverti*****t on their closing date of bursaries. The noted the closing date was 30 november 2015 but whe i app**** for my son on the 5th of november they told me that the closing was 30 October for University of Johannesburg where my son is currently studying. Today the again advertised that u can apply online of which their system kicks u out.on 2014 i app**** and i did not get any responde from them. i needed a bursary for a 2nd year of study at UJ but i struggle to get a bursary or a loan from NSFAS why? i really want know as how get i get a NSFAS bursary or loan?why do they close for bursaries and loans the same time?why do the write false closing dates knowing that that is not their correct date?i really need a study loan or a bursary from NSFAS and i dont what must one exactly have in order to qualify.
