Disappointed by Nsfas

I am disappointed in nsfas, my daughter was funded by nsfas in March 2023 and subsequently defunded by nsfas in May 2023, the reason for defunding her, is that I supposedly earn more than 350k, yet I am unemployed, my daughter appealed and was rejected in November 2023, my daughter called them and she was informed that the appeals are closed now and there's nothing they can do for her, and now we owe the university of Pretoria, I am hurt by nsfas and my daughter's heart is broken.
