Disappointed

Good day I'm so disappointed with nfsas. My son app**** for funding as he's a student in ekurhuleni west college and his application was unsuccessful and their reason is I'm earning R350000 per annum but how can a cashier at pick n pay earn that much. How you guys make your calculations as I attached my pay slip.
